ATK Pro is a fast‑growing software platform used by construction, mining, recycling, and heavy‑equipment operations to streamline workflows, improve safety, and eliminate paperwork. We’re expanding across the UK and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who already understands these industries and can open doors quickly.


What you’ll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business across construction, mining, aggregates, recycling, and plant hire.
  • Leverage your existing network to introduce ATK Pro to decision‑makers (Ops Managers, Site Managers, SHEQ, Directors, Plant Managers).
  • Conduct on‑site and remote demos of the ATK Pro platform.
  • Develop territory strategy for London and surrounding regions.
  • Attend industry events, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Work directly with the founder to shape the UK growth strategy.


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience selling software or technology into heavy industry (construction, mining, recycling, aggregates, plant hire, logistics, or similar).
  • Strong existing network of contacts in these sectors.
  • Confident presenting to operational leaders and directors.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build trust, and close deals.

Compensation & Commission

We’re entering new markets across the UK and Europe, and we want the right person to help drive that expansion. To reflect this, we offer a competitive and transparent commission structure:

  • 10–15% commission on all revenue you generate
  • Uncapped earnings — the more you close, the more you earn
  • High-value deals in construction, mining, recycling, and heavy industry
  • OTE £80k–£120k+ depending on performance

  • This structure is designed for someone who can open new doors, build relationships, and help us scale into new regions.
