We have two openings a Recruitment Resource Consultant AND a Recruitment Consultant.

The Role (Depending on Experience)

Recruitment Resource Consultant

• Structured Candidate sourcing using defined methods and tools
• Screening, interviewing, and managing Candidate pipelines
• Working closely with Consultants to actively fill Campaigns
• Progressing towards Consultant level through a clear development plan

Recruitment Consultant

• Delivering Recruitment Solutions across your own Client Desk – Sourcing Candidates / Booking Interviews / Offer Management etc,
• Business Development across an established Database and onboarding of any of your own Clients
• Providing Consultative advice to Clients and Candidates
• Be aware of Market Trends and Developments
• Being accountable to KPIs to achieve consistently high Commission
