Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen & Bedroom Sales Specialist, located in Bradford. In this role, you will assist customers in designing and purchasing kitchen & bedroom solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients, answering phone inquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and meeting sales goals. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice on products, including paint and finishes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve queries.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Experience in sales and achieving targets, with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of paint and design-related products is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in kitchen & bedroom experience is a must
• This role is in West Yorkshire Bradford designing bespoke furniture
• Company vehicle provide with fuel
• Must be able build strong relationship with customers
• Minimum 2 years experience
