The Role: An exciting new opportunity, selling a premium quality range of ophthalmic devices, capital equipment and consumables into NHS and private hospitals. There will be a healthy mix of account management and new business and typical contact will be with surgeons, scrub nurses, theatre staff, EBME, facilities and procurement. This territory has some great exciting accounts, but there is still a lot of scope to grow them, as well as securing new accounts.

Candidate requirements:

• Ophthalmic/optical sales experience
• OR Theatre based sales experience
• OR Ophthalmic clinical experience with strong commercial acumen
• A personable character, commercial mindset, motivation and determination
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package

· Basic: £40k-£55k depending on experience

· £15k+ uncapped commission

· Car allowance or company car

· Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats
