Senior New Business Sales Manager

£50-55k + bonus

London Based

I'm working with a global sports organisation who are looking to recruit a Senior New Business Sales Manager for the business.

This roll will oversee the new business sales strategy whilst also managing the outbound sales team across the company. Fantastic role for someone working in the sport & entertainment space.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing a new business sales strategy company wise, targeting new businesses in the corporate sector
• Building a pipeline of new clients, targeting multiple different sector to introduce to the company
• Overseeing the outbound sales team within the business. Introducing 1 to 1 and team targets, working towards the same sales plan company wide
• Maintain and update CRM, using systems in place to keep track of clients and new business
• Knowledge base of the company product and ways to enhance what the business is selling
• Attend trade shows and networking events to be present and represent the company brand
• Implement sales techniques and methods which aren't currently being used by the business

Candidate Background:

• 5 years experience in outbound B2B Sales. Doesn't have to be from sport but a corporate sector is key
• Experience managing a team and ability to drive numbers company wide
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
• Passion for the sport & entertainment industry, ability to work across events days
• Excellent organisational and team skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
