Franchise Sales Manager – Hybrid | Central London HQ

£45,000–£55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits


A respected UK coffee brand is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to drive both local and international expansion. This hybrid role (3 days in Central London HQ) offers the opportunity to lead franchise growth across high street shops and innovative mobile coffee trailers, while unlocking new partnerships and opportunities worldwide.


The Role

• Grow the UK and international franchise network

• Launch mobile coffee trailers — flexible, lower‑investment options for ambitious individuals

• Secure high‑value partnerships and events

• Shape sales strategy with senior leadership

• Deliver market insights to keep the brand competitive
