Package:

• Up to £55,000 base salary

Are you a results-driven leader with experience in the hire equipment sector? One of the company’s most successful branches is looking for a Branch Manager to lead their Manchester team. This is a high-pressure, high-reward role for someone who thrives on responsibility and delivering results.

In this role, you’ll oversee every aspect of the branch to ensure it runs smoothly. That includes managing a busy team, maintaining excellent customer relationships, driving sales, and making sure health and safety standards are always met. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day decisions, ensuring operations are efficient, staff are motivated, and customers receive top-notch service.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Ensure excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee sales activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage branch operations, ensuring equipment availability, maintenance, and smooth day-to-day running.
• Drive performance and results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
