Sales Progression Manager – Manchester - Up to £30,000 basic with OTE £40,000

A market leading Manchester based Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Progressor or Sales Progression Manager to join their award-winning team.

What you will be doing
- Progress property sales from reservation through to exchange and completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents and clients
- Proactively chase updates and manage timelines
- Identify and resolve delays or issues in the sales process
- Keep accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide outstanding customer service at every stage
What you will have
- Previous experience working in property sales progression or conveyancing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- A can do attitude with the desire to get sales to exchange and completion
