About the Role


The Key Account Manager Workplace is responsible for driving strategic and sustainable growth across Tarkett’s Workplace Segment on a national basis by developing and expanding long-term partnerships with major corporate clients.



Responsibilities


  • Build senior relationships with national corporate occupiers and organisations with extensive office portfolios across the UK.
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of strategically significant workplace projects within the London market.
  • Drive specification influence, prioritisation, and successful conversion from design intent through to order.
  • Manage a national portfolio of strategic corporate clients.
  • Hold responsibility for a strategic London workplace project pipeline.
  • Strengthen Tarkett’s positioning as a key player within the UK workplace market.
  • Shape segment strategy, influence product and marketing development, and deliver profitable growth through both corporate partnerships and specification-led project activity.


Qualifications


  • Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.


Required Skills


  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in the workplace or commercial real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of product development and marketing strategies.
