What you’ll be doing:
- Outbound contact to warm leads, including structured follow‑ups/chaser cadence.
- Receive and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up enquiries via email and SMS with clear, concise messaging.
- Capture essential client information and transfer to Sales Executives.
