Following long-standing success in the UK, TicketPlan is now successfully operating across Europe with high profile partners already live across several countries. This role exists to scale that early European success in the same way we have built the UK market over more than two decades.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to progress and convert a strong, pre-landscaped pipeline across Germany and wider Europe, with some exposure to UK partnerships. This is a senior, relationship-led role focused on building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Progress and convert an existing qualified pipeline across Europe
• Own the partnership lifecycle from engagement through to contract and onboarding
• Build trusted senior relationships within ticketing and live events
• Lead commercial proposals and negotiations
• Represent TicketPlan at relevant industry events
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Skills & Experience

• Proven business development or partnerships experience
• Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous)
• Ideally with experience working within ticketing, events, venues or platforms
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability
• Comfortable operating across multiple European markets
