As our Team Lead, you will:

  • Guide, inspire, and support our Sales team as a hands-on leader in their day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with our VP Sales to design and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the new markets.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive smart, goal-oriented decisions and deliver strong results
  • Present Sherpany’s vision and value to C-level decision makers across industries - and win them over.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
  • Help shape the future of our sales organization with your ideas, expertise and drive.


What you bring:

  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development and talent nurturing.
  • A track record in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership - from prospecting to closing
  • Deep understanding of the market landscape and its dynamics.
  • You thrive on networking, relationship-building, and your communication skills leave a lasting impression.
  • Highly self-organized and goal-driven - you love setting ambitious goals and achieving them.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
  • You are fluent in English.
