About the Opportunity

The Medical People Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading independent, nurse-led renal care provider delivering life-saving kidney care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales.

As part of a respected international network of renal specialists, our client works in close partnership with the NHS, providing high-quality dialysis treatment in modern, welcoming environments using cutting-edge technology.

We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinically strong and operationally focused manager who is passionate about patient-centred care.

You will:

✔ Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic

✔ Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and patient-focused experience

✔ Lead and inspire a team of nurses and support staff

✔ Liaise with NHS Trusts and the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

✔ Drive and monitor quality improvement initiatives

✔ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development

✔ Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards (including KLoE)

✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔ Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications

✔ CQC Manager registration (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Proven clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis or renal setting

✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✔ A hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style

✔ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

✔ Evidence of Continued Professional Development (renal care desirable)
