Tasks will include:


  • Working directly with consultants, contractors, and asset owners to support coastal erosion projects.
  • Providing technical insight, engineering judgement, and site‑based understanding of coastal environments.
  • Visiting project locations and offering practical guidance on installation, design, and implementation.
  • Preparing solution proposals, calculations, and technical support documents.
  • Attending industry events, CPDs, conferences, and site meetings.
  • Contributing to a passionate UK team aiming to transform how coastal protection is delivered.


Requirements:


Experience in coastal, marine, hydraulic, or water‑sector engineering.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience in coastal, marine, water, or civil engineering environments.
  • Enjoy practical, real‑world engineering as much as technical solutions.
  • Communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
  • Are curious, collaborative, and excited by innovation.

Hold a UK driving licence and are happy to travel.
