Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive

Location: Cranbrook

Package: £35,000 DOE

Shift: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

A well-established food manufacturing business is looking to add an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.

The Role

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the production site, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality requirements while supporting production teams on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine quality checks throughout production
• Monitoring CCPs and ensuring food safety standards are maintained
• Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
• Managing non-conformances, investigations, and corrective actions
• Reviewing and completing QA documentation and records
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and site procedures
• Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

Requirements

• Previous experience in a QA role within food manufacturing
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident communicator able to work across departments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
