Tokenizing securities in a compliant, scalable way requires deep legal expertise, careful iteration, and a security‑first engineering culture. Since 2022, the team has been developing a regulatory framework and technical architecture designed to make compliant tokenized assets as frictionless as possible for users.

Your Key Responsibilities

Small, Remote‑First Team

As an early engineering hire, you will help shape the technical vision, culture, and best practices of the team.

System Architecture & Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑quality systems. We value simple, reliable, and secure architecture over unnecessary complexity.

API Implementation

Build scalable APIs using strong design patterns and RESTful principles to ensure maintainability and performance.

Full‑Stack Development

Work across the stack using NestJS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, within a monorepo environment.

Blockchain Development

Integrate Web3 libraries and frameworks to support:

• Wallet connections

• Smart contract interactions

• Transaction flows

• Onchain/offchain data handling

Quality Assurance & Testing

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code stability. Contribute to CI pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) to maintain a smooth development workflow.

Continuous Deployment

Operate in a fast‑paced environment with frequent, often near‑daily, deployments to production.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with blockchain or Web3 systems
