We’re Hiring: QHSE Manager – Eikon Ltd (Lancaster, UK)

Location: Lancaster, UK

Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Eikon Ltd is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems across the site. This is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining ISO standards, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong culture of safety and quality.

You’ll oversee our QHSE frameworks, lead audits, support manufacturing teams, manage customer complaints, and ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and maintain the site’s Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Oversee internal audits, document control and governance processes
  • Support manufacturing teams with quality troubleshooting and continuous improvement
  • Lead customer complaint investigations and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and operating permits
  • Manage supplier quality and external quality performance
  • Develop QHSE capability across the organisation through training and coaching
  • Promote a proactive culture of safety, quality and operational excellence


What You Bring

  • NEBOSH Diploma (essential)
  • Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 (essential)
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field (desirable)
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (desirable)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional influencing skills
  • High attention to detail and the confidence to challenge constructively
