Are you a commercially focused Building Surveyor who enjoys owning instructions, dealing with clients, and working on varied, high-quality projects?

The Role

You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously and commercially, delivering:

Commercial building surveys

Dilapidations & technical due diligence

Refurbishment & fit-out projects

✍ Contract administration

Full client-facing responsibility

Mentoring junior surveyors (APC exposure a bonus)

Who They’re Looking For

✅ Strong commercial building surveying background

✅ Consultancy experience preferred

✅ Confident, client-facing, commercially aware

✅ Senior or strong Intermediate ready to step up

✅ Based in the North West or happy to commute

✅ Ambition to progress to Associate level
