A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile Data Centre project in West London. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, mission-critical MEP works in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day on-site delivery of all electrical works
- Coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, technical standards, and client requirements
- Monitor programme, budgets, and progress reporting
- Support commissioning, handover, and quality assurance processes
- Identify and proactively mitigate construction risks
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on Data Centres, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and site logistics
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Experience working within a main contractor or tier-one subcontractor environment
