Job Title: Account Manager – FCA
Location: Leeds (Local candidates strongly preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced FCA Client Partner / Account Manager to drive net-new growth while owning and expanding the existing account portfolio. The role requires strong client relationship management, revenue growth capability, and strategic account planning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new revenue growth within the FCA account
- Own and manage the client relationship end-to-end
- Develop and execute account growth strategy
- Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams
- Ensure revenue targets and profitability objectives are met
Revenue Target: £5–8 million
Candidate Profile:
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in account management / client partnership
- Strong experience managing large enterprise or regulated accounts
- Based in or near Leeds
