Contract Recruitment Consultant

Location: City of London, Liverpool Street / Moorgate

Working pattern: Fully onsite, five days per week

InterEx Group is continuing its growth journey and we are looking to add driven Contract Recruitment Consultants to our high-performing team based in EC2M 2EF.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on training, a clearly defined career path, and an environment that rewards results while investing heavily in individual development.

The Role

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across our specialist technology markets.

Business Development

• Proactively generate new business through outbound activity, networking, and market research
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring challenges and objectives
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage ongoing client partnerships

Candidate Management

• Source and engage contract professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal systems
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to ensure strong role alignment
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing a professional and transparent experience

Delivery and Performance

• Work towards individual and team revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
• Stay informed on trends and developments within your chosen tech market, such as ERP, CRM, Data, or other specialist areas

What We Are Looking For

• At least one year of recruitment experience preferred
• A track record of billing success and working to KPIs
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• A resilient, motivated mindset suited to a fast-moving environment
• Interest in or exposure to technology recruitment is beneficial
