Associate Civil Engineer

£50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

From day one, you’ll run multiple concurrent schemes, act as the technical lead, and mentor apprentices, graduates and engineers within an established and well-supported team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading technical delivery across multiple civil engineering schemes
• Overseeing quality of drawings, reports and technical submissions
• Coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and managing client relationships
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Driving collaboration, standards and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Civil Engineer
• Strong background in infrastructure design
• Confident user of Civil 3D and drainage design tools
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• Commercially aware and confident communicating with clients
