Stock Assistant – Luxury Retail

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Assistant to join a leading luxury retail environment within a newly opened flagship store in Central London.

This position plays a key role in supporting store operations by ensuring stock flow is managed efficiently and accurately, while assisting the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock flow from delivery through to shop floor replenishment
• Maintain stock areas to the highest standards of organisation, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed, security tagged and stored with care
• Support stock accuracy through regular checks and reporting
• Handle returns, reticketing and resolution of stock discrepancies
• Support client requests, dispatches and customer collections
• Work closely with store management and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist on the shop floor during peak trading periods when required

About You

• Previous experience in stock or operations within luxury or premium retail
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Professional presentation and approach
• Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
