The role

As a Technical Services Manager, you will:

• Lead MEP coordination and delivery on site

• Review and challenge design during pre-construction and delivery

• Manage subcontractors and drive technical compliance

• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover

• Use emerging tools (including AuraAI) to improve delivery and reporting

• Identify and solve problems early, not react to them late

• Represent Aura with professionalism and technical authority

What we’re looking for

We’re not looking for CVs, we’re looking for capability.

You’ll likely have:

• Strong experience as a TSM or Senior Engineer within MEP construction

• The confidence to challenge; design and contractors, where needed

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

• The ability to operate independently on site

• An interest in improving how things are done, not just repeating old processes
