Founding Engineer

Up to £200k + Founding Equity

We’re partnering with an ambitious Generative AI startup building cutting-edge Voice AI products designed to redefine how humans interact with machines.

The company is led by Oxford and Cambridge educated founders who have collectively achieved three successful exits, and they’re now building their most ambitious venture yet.

You’ll be joining a small group of experienced founding engineers from some of London’s top startups, working at the frontier of Generative AI and Voice AI systems. This is a true zero-to-one environment where engineering decisions directly shape the product and company trajectory.

The Role

We’re looking for engineers who don’t wait for tickets to tell them what to do. The kind who enjoy diving into messy problems, speaking to real users, spotting bottlenecks early, and designing solutions that actually ship.

If ambiguity energizes you, ownership feels natural, and you want real influence over product and technical direction, you’ll feel very at home here!

Requirements

• 4+ years building full-stack applications with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience working in a fast-moving, high-agency engineering environment
• Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM degree from a top-tier university
• Strong product instinct and ability to operate in early-stage environments
