AI Agent Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior AI Agent Architect to design and scale enterprise AI Agent solutions.

You will define reusable agentic architectures, own end-to-end solution design, and ensure AI systems are secure, scalable, and production-ready within a complex enterprise landscape.

This is a delivery-focused architecture role, not research.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and standardise enterprise agentic architecture frameworks.
• Design end-to-end AI Agent solutions (LLMs, RAG, orchestration, integrations).
• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints (HLD/LLD).
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Establish best practices for agent development, testing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Implement governance standards covering security, compliance, and performance.
• Provide architectural oversight through to production deployment.

Required Experience

• 5–7+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect.
• Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-grade AI or agentic systems.
• Strong understanding of:
• Agentic & Generative AI architectures
• Multi-agent systems & orchestration
• RAG pipelines & LLM integrations
• Enterprise system integration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable system design.

Skills & Profile

• Strategic architectural mindset.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to operate in evolving AI environments.
• Fluent English required; German beneficial.
