Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Build at the Heart of an AI Fintech

Series A backed | High-performance, product-led engineering

London | Hybrid

£100k–£200k base (depending on experience)

$160k equity package (4-year vesting)

This is an opportunity to join an AI-native fintech at a genuinely formative stage. They’ve recently closed a significant Series A and are now focused on building a small number of exceptional engineers who want to help define the platform not just contribute to it.

The founders are technical, highly product-focused, and intentional about building a strong engineering culture early. They’re looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems, care about system design, and want to work on something that’s scaling quickly and matters commercially.

You’d be working across the full stack building modern, intuitive frontend experiences, developing robust backend services, and helping shape the architecture that underpins the product. There’s real scope to influence technical decisions and take ownership of meaningful parts of the system.

The environment will suit engineers who like operating with autonomy, moving quickly, and working closely with other strong engineers. It’s collaborative, thoughtful, and ambitious with a clear focus on building things properly from the start.

This role tends to appeal to engineers who are at a point where they want more ownership, more influence, and more direct alignment between their work and the company’s success.

They’re particularly interested in engineers with:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong frontend expertise, particularly with React
• Solid backend development experience in Python
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with end-to-end ownership
