Recycling Equipment - Field Sales Technician

Location – Hungerford, RG17

Basic Salary: £30K; OTE over £34.7K with overtime available - includes mobile phone.

Overnight allowance available (although limited overnight requirement)

Full training program provided which will include a short visit to Denmark at the manufacturing facility.

Full clean driving license required.

The Role:

Working week: Monday to Friday and based out of our newly opened Membury location, this is an opportunity to join a growing national business that is ramping up its sales and technical team over the next 24 months. Extensive UK travel, predominantly in the South of England and Wales should be expected.

A training program is offered and a potential career path with future opportunities in the UK or International is available to the right outstanding candidate.

You will work closely with the UK technical, sales and management team, supporting new installations and carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance service to new and existing customers.

Installing, repairing and maintaining machinery to manufacturers specification for the UK customer base

Some Refurbishment of machinery is also part of the role, enabling the rental fleet to remain active, providing the UK Sales Team with a continual flow of machinery for the growing customer base.

· The Ideal Candidate:

You will have some experience in dealing with machinery, working on your own initiative and possess good interpersonal skills

An ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technology

Experience in working with pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical will be an advantage

Loyalty, a pride in your work and a natural desire for customer service is vital
