Senior Account Manager –Basingstoke

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Basingstoke. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships, lead growth strategies, and play a pivotal part in shaping our success within the technology sector.

What You’ll Do


  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value B2B accounts
  • Build long‑term, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Identify and secure upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Present new products, vendors, and technologies to support customer growth
  • Lead proactive outreach, customer visits, and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop structured account plans using market trends and client insights
  • Oversee the full pre‑ and post‑sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance

  • Proven experience managing high‑value or strategic B2B accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently at senior stakeholder level
