About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to support and grow relationships with institutional clients across our fintech ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining strong partnerships, managing daily client requests, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our UK-based team while helping drive long-term client success and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen institutional-level client relationships, particularly with UK-based partners.
• Build trusted personal relationships with clients and act as their primary technical point of contact.
• Manage daily client requests, issues, and operational queries efficiently.
• Support the team in achieving growth objectives and commercial targets.
• Coordinate internally with Product, Liquidity, and Support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide guidance on platform usage and solutions across our fintech product suite.

✅ Requirements (Obligatory)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with B2B clients in fintech or trading environments.
• Strong industry background with liquidity knowledge.
• Proven experience managing institutional client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Experience with trading platforms, liquidity distribution, or crypto payments infrastructure.
