Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager for a full-time, hybrid role which would in involve some day out seeing customers and getting new leads and some days office based at our South Shields location. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies and establish strong relationships with clients. This role will also involve identifying business opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service to maximize revenue and growth opportunities for the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in Sales Strategy planning and execution
• Knowledge of the timber and building materials industry is essential
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software
