The Ideal Candidate


We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 5 plus years experience in FMCG account management roles
  • National Account Management experience; grocery experience with big 4 retail is essential
  • P&L owned /strong leadership and forecasting experience
  • Strong communication skills to develop and manage key buying relationships
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work closely within a small team
  • The energy to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving business
  • A self-starter mindset with ambition to progress
  • Proficiency in Excel, powerpoint and sales forecasting tools
  • Experience with category data
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial targets
  • Experience working with Tesco and or Sainsbury’s, including Joint Business Plans, is highly advantageous.


  • Scope of the Role


  • Account management responsibility for key grocery customers
  • Delivering business KPIs across your accounts
  • Ownership of volume and value forecasts and internal P&L reporting
  • Supporting pricing and promotional strategy
  • Leading and supporting Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Driving distribution, range reviews, and NPD listings
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance
