Senior Commercial Manager – Co-Manufacturing & Own Label

£60 -70k basic + bonus + benfs

London | hybrid

TalentPool are partnering with a leading SME ambient food brand on a huge growth trajectory. The business is scaling rapidly and investing behind its operations and commercial capability as it enters its next phase of expansion.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the heart of the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of the co-manufacturing and own label business, acting as the commercial lead across projects and working closely with supply chain, product, technical and customers to deliver growth.

The Opportunity

• Own and manage customer P&L, forecasting revenue and profit delivery
• Lead end-to-end projects across co-manufacturing and own label
• Develop clear customer growth plans and identify profitable opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution from ingredients through to shelf
• Build and manage key relationships internally and externally

Who This Would Suit

• A fmcg food/drinks sales professional with strong operational understanding
• Or someone from fmcg food/drink supply chain / operations with a strong commercial mindset

You’ll likely have:

• 5+ years’ experience across commercial and/or operations
• Experience owning a P&L (customer or project-led)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A genuine passion for the food space
