Location: Home Based (with travel as required)

About the Role

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end management of a portfolio of ranges within one of our major accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth, delivering joint business plans, launching new products, and ensuring our brands win across all categories.

Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Supply Chain, you’ll be the key voice of the customer and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead strategic relationships with key national retail partners
  • Deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs), including revenue, margin, promotional and distribution targets
  • Manage full P\&L for your account portfolio, ensuring all financial objectives are met
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering terms, pricing, promotions and investments
  • Identify and secure new product listings, range expansions and incremental growth opportunities
  • Conduct category reviews using EPOS data and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product launches, forecasts, marketing plans and supply chain improvements
  • Manage promotional calendars and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Proactively resolve account issues and deliver best‑in‑class customer service
  • Mentor junior team members and support wider commercial initiatives


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing national retail accounts within a consumer goods or retail environment
  • Strong P\&L management, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Confident negotiator with experience leading high‑value commercial discussions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Energetic, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel when required
