Role Overview

We are looking for a Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer to join our growing AI

delivery team.

You will help design and build AI-enabled applications and agents using Copilot Studio

and the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting clients across multiple industries.


Working within a blended delivery team, you will translate AI use cases into

production-ready solutions, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and business

workflows while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and governed appropriately.


Key Responsibilities

● Design, build, and iterate AI agents using Copilot Studio

● Develop solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power

Automate, Dataverse)

● Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise platforms and business systems

● Implement prompt design, orchestration, and guardrails for reliable AI behaviour

● Support secure data access patterns, including role-based access and auditability

● Work closely with business analysts, product leads, and client stakeholders to

refine workflows

● Contribute to testing, validation, and deployment

● Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer


Required Skills & Experience

Essential

● Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including conversational flows and agent

logic

● Strong experience across the Microsoft Power Platform

○ Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)

○ Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations)

○ Dataverse

● Experience integrating solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, or connectors


● Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance considerations

● Experience working in agile delivery environments

● Ability to translate business use cases into practical technical solutions


Desirable

● Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise

platforms

● Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or API-based AI integrations

● Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or agent-based solutions

● Exposure to regulated or complex operational environments

● Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it


Additional Bonus Skills

● Ability to design or deliver training sessions on:

○ Azure AI Foundry

○ Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio

○ AI-enabled workflows and Power Platform capabilities


This may include developer enablement sessions, client workshops, or internal

capability building.
