66kV SAP – Offshore Wind - 2/2rotation (subject to change to 3/3) - ASAP start - Day rate, outside IR35 - 12 month initial contract

I’m looking for experienced 66kV Senior Authorised Persons to support a major offshore wind development during construction & commissioning. You will be supporting offshore converter stations and WTG assets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and promote the highest standards of health & safety
• Prepare, issue and cancel safety documentation
• Develop and implement switching schedules
• Perform switching, isolation and earthing duties
• Conduct pre-energisation inspections
• Carry out HV switchgear testing and basic protection testing
• Produce and review RAMS and maintenance plans
• Deliver planned and reactive HV maintenance
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on HV plant
• Respond to site outages and emergency scenarios
• Liaise closely with Lead SAPs and Electrical Works Coordinators
• Work offshore on SOV or Jack-up vessels during rotations

Requirements:

• WTG experience
• 66kV experience (33kV will be considered if multi-feed)
• Full GWO
• OEUK medical
• Chester step

Logistics:

• 2/2 rotation (subject to change to 3/3)
• ASAP start
• 12 month contract
• Day rate, outside IR35
• SOV, with some CTV work
