The Role: Products Solution Engineer

Location: Birmigham, Glasgow, London (hybrid)

Role Summary: We are looking for a Products Solution Engineer to be apart of our clients European hub for technical Pre-Sales. You will be responsible for capturing market opportunities within the Electric Utilities industry. This role requires an understanding of Protection & Control within the Electric Transmission or Distribution industry and ideally you will have an understanding of Ethernet communication and Cyber Security.

Brief Responsibilities:

• To give in depth technical support across pre-sales to assist the sales teams.
• To be the customer interface and provide technical solutions against client issues - provide technical demos and product presentations
• To have the relevant knowledge in a single product or product line.
• Able to contribute to on-site implementation of products and services, and create working prototypes to validate and showcase solution feasibility.
