Co-Founder & Full-Stack Engineer - Early-Stage AI Startup Contract · £25k-30k + Meaningful Equity · UK / Remote

What we're building

A focused AI product in the management consulting space (£250b+) - targeting a market where the problem is well understood, buyers have budget, and existing solutions are embarrassingly bad.

Why this has a real shot

This isn't a side project looking for a developer. There's already commercial traction, genuine relationships with enterprise buyers, and founders who spent years operating inside the exact organisations we're selling to.

What you'll own

You won't be executing someone else's vision. You'll be shaping it. That means:

• Building core product from early prototype to production
• Working directly with AI models, APIs, and integrations — not abstracted away from the real engineering
• Sitting in customer conversations and influencing what we build next
• Co-owning product decisions alongside me

Who I'm looking for

Your CV matters less than your instincts. I'm looking for someone who:

• Can ship full-stack and is comfortable working close to LLMs and APIs
• Has built things for themselves — not just for employers
• Moves fast, figures things out, and improves things without being asked
• Wants to build a company, not just gain experience at one

Early career is fine. Hungry is required.

On the numbers

The base rate reflects early-stage reality. Equity is a genuine part of the package — structured around milestones, discussed openly, and meaningful if we execute. I want someone who wants to own part of this, not just bill hours against it.
