We are seeking an experienced Senior Dental Nurse / Lead Head Dental Nurse to join our established, family-run private practice.

Our practice is built on strong ethical foundations, exceptional patient experience, and sustainable growth. We are looking for a professional who combines clinical excellence with leadership capability and commercially aware, patient-first communication.

Key Requirements:

Strong background in private dentistry

Excellent command of English

Leadership and team development experience

High levels of professionalism and accountability

Understanding of ethical treatment presentation and patient conversion
