Nutritional Therapist

Gay Man's Coaching is looking for a Nutritional Therapist

Job description

We're looking for a Nutritional Therapist (Partner) to join the GMC team.

Gay Man's Coaching is a fast-growing coaching company founded by former professional rugby player Keegan Hirst, dedicated to helping gay men transform their health, fitness and mindset. We work with nearly 200 members across the UK and US and we're expanding our services.

We've just launched the Peak Performance Blueprint, a concierge blood work service for our members. A private nurse visits them at home, takes samples, the lab runs a comprehensive 56-biomarker panel, and then a qualified Nutritional Therapist delivers two 1-1 sessions to build a personalised nutrition and supplementation protocol around the results.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a qualified, UK or US based Nutritional Therapist to partner with us on a contract basis to deliver those sessions and written action plans for our members. This isn't a 9-to-5. It's a flexible partnership with a community that genuinely cares about the people it serves.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Nutritional Therapist, professionally registered in the UK or the USA
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on client experience
  • Comfortable working with blood work data and building practical protocols
  • Someone who values real results over generic advice
  • Ideally has an interest in men's health and performance

What we offer:

  • Flexible, contract-based work that fits around your existing practice
  • A ready-made client base of motivated, engaged members
  • Remuneration open to discussion based on your experience
  • The chance to be part of something genuinely different
