MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Slough

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Slough. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a world-class team driving one of the UK’s most technically advanced construction programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation.
• Provide accurate forecasting, valuations, and cost reporting.
• Support commercial strategy and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to identify value engineering opportunities.
• Report directly to the Commercial Manager / Project Director.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a commercial QS role.
• MEP experience
• Proven track record on large-scale construction or data centre projects (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contract forms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
