Senior Full Stack Engineer | London | £80,000 – £150,000 | Python | React

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 – £150,000 + meaningful equity

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Python (Flask, FastAPI)
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Cloud: GCP or AWS

We’re partnered with a Series A AI company building automation software embedded directly into the operational core of fast growing organisations. This is production critical, customer facing, revenue impacting software used daily at scale.

This is a hands on role for engineers who want ownership, speed, and genuine influence over product direction. No endless layers. No process theatre. Just smart people building important things properly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and scaling backend services and APIs in Python using Flask and FastAPI
• Building intuitive, high quality front end experiences in React and TypeScript
• Integrating AI models and third party systems into robust production workflows
• Owning features end to end from concept to deployment
• Solving real production challenges and improving reliability at scale
• Working closely with product and commercial teams to shape what gets built
