Working hours: Full time

Onsite requirements: 4 Days a week onsite (1 day WFH)

Atrium Global is recruiting on behalf of a client within the global financial services sector. This organisation operates at the heart of the financial system, supporting custody and fund administration services for a broad international client base.


Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate, Client Processing I to join a busy Custody team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset to contribute to a high-performing operations environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting fund administration activities, resolving cash and stock breaks, and responding to client queries in line with agreed service standards.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, investigate and respond to client fund-related queries
  • Resolve cash and stock breaks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complete daily fund administration tasks, including account opening, dealing or settlement activities
  • Liaise with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents to obtain outstanding information
  • Support system testing for releases, functional changes and ad hoc requirements
  • Review and update operational procedures
  • Work across multiple internal systems and utilise Excel for data comparison and analysis


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience dealing with clients to a high service standard via telephone and email
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, including formulas and data manipulation
  • Understanding of funds and securities settlement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
