The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be our technical expert on the ground, providing crucial support to customers across the UK and Ireland. Working with both legacy and cutting-edge technologies, you'll solve complex challenges and deliver excellence in industrial automation.


What You'll Do

•Provide expert technical support for PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems

•Deliver on-site fault-finding and system optimization

•Lead commissioning projects and system improvements

•Participate in project installations from FAT through to completion

•Join our 24/7 standby rota supporting critical customer operations


Your Expertise

•Degree/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience

•Hands-on experience with multi-vendor PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems

•Experience Siemens systems

•Strong background in low voltage equipment

•Project lifecycle experience

•Understanding of industrial standards and security concepts
