Integration Engineer - Shopify

Leeds - Hybrid (1-2 days monthly)

£55,000 – £75,000

My client is a high-growth ecommerce retailer that delivered over 50% year-on-year growth and has significantly expanded its operational infrastructure, including the opening of a large-scale warehouse facility. As part of continued platform investment, they are strengthening their integration capability across Shopify and connected systems.

They are seeking a hands-on Platform Integration Engineer to design, build and maintain integrations across their wider systems landscape.

The role

You’ll work across ecommerce, marketing, customer service and operational platforms, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Shopify integrations
• Work with Admin API, webhooks and ecommerce data structures
• Support integrations across orders, inventory, fulfilment and customer data
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues
• Contribute to documentation and testing

What they’re looking for

• Strong Shopify integration experience
• TypeScript/JavaScript (or similar)
• Understanding of ecommerce data flows
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments
