We’re growing our delivery team and looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to play a key role in delivering complex MEPH projects across London. What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the engineering and technical compliance of assigned electrical packages from design through to installation and commissioning.
  • Planning, coordinating and managing project activities to ensure safe, efficient and profitable delivery.
  • Reviewing designs, drawings and specifications, identifying risks, driving value engineering and ensuring alignment with standards and employer requirements.
  • Managing procurement activities including technical submittals, plant/equipment enquiries, bid analysis and subcontract coordination.
  • Working closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, designers and site teams to maintain programme, quality and commercial performance.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, representing Dalkia professionally at all stages.
  • Monitoring installation quality, zero‑defects reporting, H&S compliance and overall project performance.
  • Supporting continuous improvement, reporting, documentation and project administration in line with company procedures.


What you’ll bring

  • Degree‑qualified engineer (BEng/BSc) preferred, with strong technical competence in Electrical Engineering & Design.
  • Experience delivering MEPH projects within a contracting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams.
  • A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
