We’re growing our delivery team and looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to play a key role in delivering complex MEPH projects across London. What you’ll be doing
- Leading the engineering and technical compliance of assigned electrical packages from design through to installation and commissioning.
- Planning, coordinating and managing project activities to ensure safe, efficient and profitable delivery.
- Reviewing designs, drawings and specifications, identifying risks, driving value engineering and ensuring alignment with standards and employer requirements.
- Managing procurement activities including technical submittals, plant/equipment enquiries, bid analysis and subcontract coordination.
- Working closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, designers and site teams to maintain programme, quality and commercial performance.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, representing Dalkia professionally at all stages.
- Monitoring installation quality, zero‑defects reporting, H&S compliance and overall project performance.
- Supporting continuous improvement, reporting, documentation and project administration in line with company procedures.
What you’ll bring
- Degree‑qualified engineer (BEng/BSc) preferred, with strong technical competence in Electrical Engineering & Design.
- Experience delivering MEPH projects within a contracting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
- Confident communicator able to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams.
- A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
