Hiring: Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React Native)

Victoria, London | Full-time | 4 days in office, 1 WFH

Mid-Level (3–5 years’ experience)

A fast-growing fintech is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join their collaborative London-based team.

This business powers co-branded card programmes for leading global travel and hospitality brands such as Marriott International and Hilton, delivering seamless payments and embedded loyalty solutions that enhance customer engagement and unlock new revenue streams.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in building and scaling a modern fintech platform, working across:

• Backend: Node.js (API development & scalable services)
• Frontend: React Native (iOS & Android apps)
• Database: MongoDB
• CI/CD, Git, and clean coding best practices

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ship new features, resolve customer issues, and continuously improve performance and code quality.

• 3–5 years’ software engineering experience
• Strong Node.js backend expertise
• Proven experience building & deploying React Native apps
• Solid MongoDB knowledge
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment
