Help Desk Analyst - Up to 28K - Liverpool - Onsite.
My client is looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst who is looking to kick start their IT career. You will act as the first point of contact for IT Support whilst providing support to end users in a calm professional manner. You will work alongside experienced engineers and gain exposure to real-world IT infrastructure across a growing multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support to end users across hardware, software and networking.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining the VOIP system.
- Log, prioritise and resolve support tickets in line with agreed processes.
Essential
- Relevant experience in an IT support or customer-facing technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Desirable
- Exposure to SD-WAN environments.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Evidence of personal IT projects or self-directed learning.
