Business Improvement Project Manager

Hybrid working- London 1-2 days a week

Salary: £55,000


Gravitas is working with a London-based NPO who are looking for a Business Improvement Project Manager to join a high-performance team.


This is a unique opportunity to help shape the operational excellence strategy that supports their next five-year Corporate Plan, and will be suitable for someone with a strong background in process improvement, Lean methodology and experience in continuous improvement, and service design, in a digital and technology environment.


Interviews to take place in the 2nd week of March.


What you’ll need:

  • A proven track record in business or service improvement delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and process redesign.
  • Strong capability in project management and change management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge, negotiate, and support stakeholders at all levels.
  • A structured approach to problem solving, with confidence to make decisions and drive change at pace.


What you’ll get:

  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in London (essential)
