Mechanical Project Manager required for A Tier 1 General Contractor for large-scale Healthcare Project.

Duties:

• Coordinate with key project stakeholders including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to agree scope of works and deliver project and shareholder requirements
• Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction
• Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced
• Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules
• Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s‑curves, and histograms
• Overseeing safety and quality plans for the project
• Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy
• Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar role
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment essential
• Good Leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team
• Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in the UK without requiring a work permit.
